Delivery options:
- Within cities and regions where we have branches or agents such as Jeddah: We provide you with a delivery service within "between 1 hour and 14 business days or less from the date of registration of the order" except for Friday, which is a holiday.
- The rest of the cities of the Kingdom: Shipping is done to any location in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within 1 day to 14 business days or less, using intermediary shipping companies such as Aramex, SMSA, or other companies. However, the time, fees, and other shipping and delivery information are determined by them and not by our store.
- The shipping cost is determined according to the shipping company that will be used to ship, the buyer may bear it or we may bear part or all of the shipping amount, and the matter differs according to the difference in the order, its quantity, value, type, or time of purchase or use of a discount coupon, etc.

1- Free shipping and delivery regardless of the order within the city of Jeddah and the cities where we have branches or agents, provided that the total order invoice is more than a certain amount.
2- The buyer may bear part of the delivery/shipping amount within Jeddah and the cities where we have branches or agents if the order value is less than 200 riyals, but it may be completely free. This may depend on offers or discount coupons, etc.
* Outside cities that have branches or agents:~
1- Free delivery from our warehouse to the shipping company headquarters (exit) chosen by the customer, and the buyer bears all other delivery and shipping costs (exit) that the shipping company may request from the shipping company and up to the place of receiving the order.
Cash on delivery (COD):
We offer you the service of paying the representative upon receipt at the delivery location for free! (Currently: Within cities that have branches or agents such as Jeddah).
Outside Saudi Arabia: We do not deliver or ship outside Saudi Arabia currently, but it is something that is possible in the future as we are working on it and preparing for it.
