Replacement Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed, provided that he replaces the product in its original condition as he received it without opening, using or damaging it.
2- The condition for replacing the product is that the product is in good condition and the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping and delivery if he wants to replace the product. In the international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company, and in the event of defects or an error on the part of the store, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
2- If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs or information programs that have been used.
3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books or other publications.
4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's poor possession.
5- If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation or food services.
6- If the contract deals with purchasing software download products via the Internet.
7- If the product is not in good condition or the consumer has used the product or obtained its benefit.
8- If the consumer demands that the store bear the costs of delivery and shipping even though the product does not have a manufacturing defect or something that forces the store to bear any fees or costs of shipping and delivery and others.
Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after seven days have passed.
2- The product must be in good condition to be returned and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. 8- If the consumer demands that the store bear the costs of delivery and shipping even though the product does not have a manufacturing defect or something that forces the store to bear any fees or costs of shipping and delivery and others.
